Toiletbowl Campaign

Conducted a few times each year, the toilet bowl campaign involves MA volunteers posting flyers above urinals and on the doors of stalls within men’s bathrooms across campus.  The flyers contain statistics regarding the awful reality of sexual violence, and encourage men to become involved in the effort to end this reality by joining the Men’s Activism Program.  By targeting this "captive audience," volunteers hope to inform students from diverse backgrounds of the need for change.

Understanding Rape - A Men's Workshop

Understanding Rape: A Discussion for Men Who Care About Women

This facilitated discussion gives men an opportunity to explore the issue of sexual assault in a unique way. It allows men to examine their perceptions of this issue, how it affects them, and how it affects women in their lives. It offers a non-threatening and open way for men to discuss this sensitive issue.
