Get Involved! Volunteer Training

SAPAC Volunteer Training is an intensive program spread over multiple sessions and weeks. Volunteer Training will provide participants with pertinent information they can utilize to be effective SAPAC volunteers on campus. Training will provide a framework for how one's role as a volunteer within a SAPAC program fits into our University's comprehensive public health plan (primary, secondary, tertiary) to prevent sexual violence.This training provides a foundation for volunteers to develop their skills throughout their time volunteering with SAPAC.  SAPAC Volunteer Training occurs annually during the Fall semester throughout the month of October! Application are open now! Deadline to apply: Tuesday, September 23rd at 11:59pm

In addition to our graduate student internship programs, SAPAC also offers paid graduate student staff positions to support some of our additional programming. These postions are currently filled so we are not accepting applications at this time. Each offers comprehensive training and onboarding, weekly supervision with field experts, unique skill-building, and on-the-grounds experience.
