Please join SAPAC’s SEAS (Survivor Empowerment and Ally Support) program for our 19th annual art show: rEVOLUTION: Healing Through the Arts!

This is a curated event that promotes healing, visibility and awareness of sexual and relationship violence. Artistic expression provides a medium to bring up and process emotions and experiences in a way that can be difficult to discuss otherwise.

Alisa Zipurksy, University of Michigan Alum, is a storyteller, writer, facilitator and childhood sexual abuse survivor. Her work focuses on offering emotional support to other young survivors healing from sexual trauma through workshops, coaching and key note addresses.

Her new book "Healing Honestly: The Messy and Magnificent Path to Overcoming Self-Blame and Self Shame" is a survivor-to-survivor guide to healing from sexual trauma. Learn more at HealingHonestly.com!

SAPAC Wellness Wednesdays Fall 2024

Wellness Wednesdays is an informal drop-in series for self-care practices including coloring, journaling, crafting, reading, gentle music and socializing. This is also a great way to study in a supportive space. Snacks and tea provided!
